Never use USPS for deliver of perishables. Too dependent upon human capriciousness. FedEx from now on.

Tracking system update–circuitous, repetitive, maddening. All dead ends on both laptop and text messaging. Delivery expected Sat, 8pm. Checked, rechecked, checked again at 9pm and 10pm. Long, inapplicable message regarding Hurricane Florence at 800 no.

I have no idea how to track my certified mail. I’ve punched every button that came up and I’m not getting any answer!

I was trying to report mail fraud and the message said to leave an SMS press ? So i pressed it thinking I could get a call back. And in looking up what SMS stands for I got this site.
Sorry for confusion. But I still need to report mail fraud. Thank you.

the short code works ok… it is the personal at the post office, who falsely enter information, was supposed to be delivered on a sunday.. but early sunday morning the scan informed me it would be delivered on wed…. then a few hours later it was scanned.. delivery would be monday. then later that afternoon, it was scanned as attempted delivery at 2:20pm… and a notice was left, only i was on the front porch from 2-3 pm.. no one attempted delivery,so they are just lying and scanning they attempted.. no scan out for delivery.the usps tracking site does not show the fact it was scanned that it would be delivered on wed… then monday. this was at the 60618 post office. it happens all the time at this office, time for postal inspectors to crack down on scanning false information into govt computer system..
